A seamless, professional ordering process designed for your convenience.

1. Initial Inquiry

Start by sending us a message on WhatsApp. Share your event date, expected guest count (or kg requirement), and location in Chennai.

2. Customization

Our team will assist you in selecting the right meat (Chicken/Mutton), spicing level, and side dish quantities tailored for your crowd.

3. Booking

Once the menu is finalized, we will provide a formal quote. A partial advance payment secures your slot in our wood-fired pits for that day.

4. Hot Delivery

Our logistics team delivers the biryani in specialized thermal containers, ensuring it reaches your venue piping hot and ready to serve.

Important Guidelines for Bulk Orders

To maintain our quality standards and ensure the wood-fire cooking is perfect, we follow these policies:

Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 24-48 hours notice for orders up to 50kg. For grand weddings (100kg+), please book at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

Minimum Order: As Bulk Biryani order Specialists, our minimum order quantity starts from 5kg of Biryani.

Delivery Slots: We have dedicated delivery windows for Lunch (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) and Dinner (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Custom timings can be discussed for large events.

Payment: We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, and Cash. Balance payment is required upon delivery or as per the agreed contract.
