Welcome to Zaiqa Biryani. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our professional catering services. By proceeding with an inquiry or order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Service Scope
Zaiqa Biryani is a specialist bulk-only caterer. We do not provide single-plate retail services or walk-in dining. Our service is exclusive to events, weddings, and gatherings requiring a minimum of 5kg of Biryani.
Booking & Confirmation
All orders must be initiated via our official WhatsApp desk. An order is considered "Confirmed" only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a formal booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund (100%): If cancelled 7 days or more prior to the event date.
- Partial Refund (50%): If cancelled between 3 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, as ingredients and logistics are already finalized.
Payments
A non-refundable (within 48hrs) advance is required to lock your slot. The remaining balance must be cleared strictly upon delivery or as per the specific contract terms agreed upon during booking.
Delivery & Logistics
We prioritize punctuality. However, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme traffic, roadblocks, or Force Majeure events. Customers must provide a clear, accessible delivery point at the venue.
Food Safety
Our biryani is delivered hot. To ensure safety and taste, it should be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery. We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or reheating after delivery.

The content on this website is for general information purposes. Zaiqa Biryani reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
