Cancellation Window
72+ Hours Before: 50% refund of the advance booking amount.
Within 48 Hours: Non-refundable. Ingredients are sourced & slots are blocked.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change. We allow rescheduling subject to:
- Minimum 48-hour notice required.
- Subject to wood-fired pit availability.
- Market price adjustments may apply.
Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee
Found an issue with the taste or quantity? Please notify our delivery supervisor immediately at the time of delivery. We investigate every genuine concern and provide resolutions through partial credits or future order discounts.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation
Please message or call us as soon as possible with your booking reference, event date, and the change you need. Earlier notice gives us the best chance to reschedule or adjust your order without loss.
If ingredients have already been procured or a cooking slot has been reserved, partial refunds may be limited based on the time remaining before delivery.
